Here are the stuff I can & can't draw! And below, you can find my artstyles, terms of service, waitlist, etc.
Can Draw
Girls and guys!
Character designs.
NSFW (depictions of sex, pin-ups, tasteful nudes, implications, semi-lewd poses, etc.)
Original characters (OCs). **
Fanart.
Stylized drawings of real-life people.
Mild blood / injuries.
Couples / pairings.

Full suit of armour and complicated weapon design. **
Can't Draw
Bara and muscley people.
Another art style or anything that requires me to change my art style to fit the commission needs.
Gore of any kind.
Anything hateful, malicious, or vent arts.
Old people and people with beards.
Explicit NSFW (extreme kinks, etc.) **
IRL people for NSFW related comms.
Mecha.
Animals and Furry.

Terms of Service
Please read these terms I've written below. The refund policy is also found here as well as my commission process.Note: You must agree to the terms I've listed below before you commission me.
Section 1: Payment
All commissions are not on a first come, first serve basis (all of which are documented here in my carrd). If you want a drawing done by a set deadline, please let me know so that I can let you know if I can finish it by the date given and what the additional cost is.
I'm down to negotiate prices!
Payments are done via Paypal invoice (or Gcash if you're from the Philippines) and are upfront to secure a slot. Upon request, I can do 50% before any work is done and 50% after the sketch.
If you commission me enough times, I'll let you know when I feel comfortable enough accept flexible payments (see refund policy for more info).
Invoices will be sent via link.
If you are unable to pay by then, just let me know when you can so I can either move you down the queue list or wait if I don't have any commissions lined up.
Section 2: Personal Terms
I have the right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable doing and with no explanation, regardless of whether or not it violates my set drawing limitations.
I do not accept requests to draw a style different from my own art style. You commission me for my art style and not anyone else's.
I don't accept IRL references of people for NSFW comms (unless it's a screenshot for a pose reference from a publicly available porn video/NSFW media that isn't locked behind a paywall).
I don't accept NSFW related comms of IRL people in general (celebrities, streamers, youtubers, etc).
All commissions are for personal use only, unless specified and paid for as commercial use.
You can post the commissions on any social media, but please just credit me / link back to any of my social media accounts.
Do not remove my social tags in the commission I've sent you. If it's a commercial drawing, the social tags are already removed by default.
Section 3: Drawing Use Restrictions
You will not use my drawings aside from it's intended use upon placing an order.
You will not use any drawings ordered that are specified as personal use for anything profit/brand related.
You will not use any commercial drawing ordered under "Brand Avatar Design" for the purpose of PNGtubing and Vtubing.
You will not use any commercial drawing ordered under "Avatar Sets (Youtube/Videos)" for the purpose of PNGtubing and Vtubing.
Section 4: Timeframes and Updates
All paid commission correspondence can be done via social media or email. Inquiries can be done in DMs.
All commission take at least a week to finish, and a month at most. For bigger commissions, it can take me up to three months to finish (example: designs, manga pages, webtoon pages, multiple illustrations in one commission, etc.).
Commissions have different stages I can update you in: sketch, lineart, shading, lighting (if any), and background (if any).
I can only accept minor revisions for stages after the sketch. Any major ones should be pointed out at the sketch phase, otherwise they are gonna cost additional charges.
Section 5: Commission Process
Get in touch with me on any of my social media or email and send the following information:

-- references (written references are fine, but pictures are preferred)
-- any additionals that aren't included in the artsyle (i.e. complicated backgrounds, armours, weapons or props)After that, I'll let you know if the commission is within my abilities to draw and then we move on to discussion of payment and the final price of the commission. I will be sending a paypal invoice with the commission details.Once payment for your commission has been received, I'll send you a few rough sketches so you can look over it and pick which one you like most. At this stage, you can have major revisions done and minor ones on later stages.Commission progress/stages:

-- post-drawing processingThe high res version of the commission will be sent via google drive link. Please download them and any additional files before one year is up, as they will then be deleted to save space.
Refund Policy
Once work on the commission has been started, I do not allow refunds of any kind.
If that money is needed for something else, please do not commission me.
Commercial commission payments are always upfront.
If you are a returning client, I will let you know once I feel comfortable enough to set flexible payments of:
50-50 (50% upfront, 50% after lineart)
70-30 (70% upfront, 30% after lineart)
50-25-25 (50% upfront, 25% after lineart, 25% before google drive link)
Artstyles
Here's where you can find all of my available artstyles / stuff you can commission from me.
For Commercial Commissions:
+200% of final price (aka, including the additional fees like complicated armour, weapons, bg, etc. of a normal comm).
For NSFW Commissions:
Full price (aka. no discount for additional charas in a single drawing).
Poses without references have additional fees.
For props and backgrounds, refer to additional fees on the style you want the NSFW to be drawn in.
For Character Design Commissions:
+100% of the final price (aka, including the additional fees like complicated armour, weapons, bg, etc. of a normal comm).
If also a commercial commission, final price is +300% (inclusive of design cost).
For props and backgrounds, refer to additional fees on the style you want the designs to be drawn in.
For Manga Commissions:
Please contact me in DMs for further info and price.
Chibi PFP | $20 (php1040) each
Chibis as pfp. For orders more than two, please refer to the discounted price below:

Sketches with minimal colours, mostly just the flat colours laid down and a highlight added on the hair. Backgrounds are one flat colour or white.
